Free Initial Survey
Our site consultant will arrange a home visit, and take measurements to decide if your property is suitable for a loft conversion. We will also discuss your requirements and the overall scope of works. Upon gathering all the necessary information we will send you a free estimate, with full specifications, within one week.
Planning/Building Regulations
Upon submitting detailed drawings both planning and building regulations normally take approximately eight weeks for approval. Once the conversion has been authorised, we can arrange to begin work as soon as you are ready. All works are inspected at various key stages by local authority building inspectors.
Building Works And Duration
Initially we come into your home for one day, and carry out cable and pipe runs: also we protect your hallway void by installing a temporary sealed soffit. The scaffold is erected to the front and rear of your property: thereafter we carry out all main works without affecting your day-to-day living-our access to and from site is via the scaffold which is safely secured at night.
